A Chartered Quantity Surveyor and qualified Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations 2015, Nigel has 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Nigel was Director of Nethania Limited until September 2003, providing Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying Services for various construction companies nationwide, and specialising in Investment Management in the social housing sector of the industry. Nigel is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Association for Project Safety.
He joined Walker Pritchard Partnership in September 2003. Nigel has had extensive experience in all aspects of Cost and Project Management in the construction industry, using all forms of contractual procurement methods and arrangements. The value of the projects he has worked on project ranging from £25,000 to £25m across all sectors of the industry, including new build, alteration, refurbishment and conservation work.
As Principal Designer, Nigel has built up an extensive knowledge of Health and Safety within the Construction Industry, providing both design and construction advice and reports for residential and commercial clients.
Nigel has widespread experience on facilitated the Partnering Framework Agreements under the JCT Constructing Excellent Contract and the NEC 3 Contract, providing advice and guidelines to both private and public sector and is also advisor on Party Walls and Boundary Disputes.
