Luke is a highly experienced property professional with extensive knowledge and experience of the housing association sector covering development, regeneration, strategic asset management, and compliance. He has overseen the development of long-term Net-Zero delivery programmes and as an Employers Agent, he has been responsible for delivering schemes alongside SME and large PLC housebuilders.
Luke has been involved in many regeneration and capital works projects and has helped clients to meet regulatory and consumer standards. He has a solid background in contract management and procurement and is an experienced health and safety professional in both organisational health and safety management and construction project management, where he has been Principle Designer on a variety of housing projects.
As an advocate of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), he has advised clients on the design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of modular schemes. Contracts have involved taking schemes from inception to longer-term maintenance management for more than 500 MMC homes.
Luke is also a non-executive director for CHIC, a Midlands-based procurement consortium, that secures efficiencies and savings for members’ asset management and development programmes, including all repairs, maintenance, new build and legal activities.
