Ryan is a Technical Manager with over 30 years' experience in the construction and housebuilding sectors.
He started in Local Authority in a design office, moving into Land Surveying and then a site engineer role.
Ryan joined the technical department of a housebuilding PLC in the late 90's carrying out engineering and site adoption roles, moving up to a technical manager role for a large regional developer.
He has worked on large scale housing developments, commercial buildings and infrastructure projects; dealing with clients, consultants, contractors, statutory and regulatory bodies including DNO's, Local Authorities, NHBC and NWR to name a few.
